Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that your chicks will arrive alive and healthy. Our proprietary packaging and expert handling ensure the safe delivery of your poultry. In the rare event of any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will offer a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances, to ensure the success of your flock.
90% Sexing Accuracy Guarantee
For sexed female chicks, we guarantee a 90% accuracy rate. Should you receive more than 10% roosters in your order, we will gladly provide a refund for the difference. Claims must be made within 8 months of delivery, and extras included in your shipment will be considered when processing your claim.
Breed and Health Guarantee
We guarantee that the breeds you order are exactly what you will receive. Each chick is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our highest standards of health and quality. If there are any concerns about the health or breed of your chicks, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Guarantee
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, using our advanced packaging techniques to ensure safe delivery. Delivery typically takes 1–2 days, and tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way. Please ensure you are available to pick up your shipment from your local post office promptly to guarantee the wellbeing of your birds.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Chick Hatchery, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Although we do not accept returns or exchanges of live animals, we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter. If there are concerns, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to ensure a positive resolution.
Website Pricing Guarantee
While we take every precaution to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, occasional errors may occur. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, the prices listed on our website will supersede any previously listed prices.
Hatch and Ship Date Guarantee
We take great care in predicting your hatch and ship date, reserving the necessary eggs to fulfill your order. However, as we often estimate future egg production and hatch rates, there may be rare instances where we must adjust your ship date. This may occur due to equipment issues, flight cancellations, or USPS delays that require reshipments. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and make every effort to minimize the inconvenience.
$20.00 Cancellation Fee (Restocking Fee)
Orders canceled within 48 business hours of your ship date cannot be refunded. For other cancellations, a $20.00 restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of removing the order from inventory and potential lost sales. Refunds will be processed via check or credited to the original payment method. In cases of emergency, we may be able to reschedule your ship date rather than cancel the order. Please note that refunds may take up to three weeks during busy periods.
